30th Oct, 2017 - This past weekend saw CB Squasher's Kurt Ferguson and David MacVicar compete at the SMUFit invitational, held each year at St. Mary's University Tower in October. Ferguson competed in the Men's C and MacVicar in the Men's B. Ferguson started the tournament with a 3-0 win over S. Petitpas (11-3 11-5 11-4). Let's grow this by encouraging existing members to register and take part in logging their matches. This will bring a friendly level of competition to the games at the YMCA and will help grow squash in the area!
The Sydney Squash Association hosts its squash matches at the YMCA Cape Breton in Sydney, Nova Scotia. The YMCA has one squash court with glass back wall for ease of viewing.
Parking is available in and around the YMCA.
