Equipment - Dunlop single yellow dot ball, Regulation Racquet, Goggles

Event Structure - 4-6 hours long/Focus - Competitive
Format:
1.- First Hour - Timed round robin games - everyone plays each other/Coaches assess and seed for proceeding time.
2. - Remaining time: competitive play 2 out of 3 matches.
Leadership - Athletes not playing will keep score.
