This event is open to all squash players, it is a 'Timed Event' which means there is a start and finish time to every match and tournament. Players play for 20 minutes straight, the player with the most points wins, in the case of a tie a 'sudden death point' takes place. Draws are made up of 8 players and each player will have 3 or 4 matches per event. Events are graded to try to keep the levels similar - for example, players may be graded by what (Leinster) league the play in, over time the Matrix System will award points based on performance and this will dictate. Each event should last 2 hours and all players are requested to be ready to play at the start time as there is only a 2 minute warm up. All events are mixed and some players will be asked to play twice in a row. Players will be sent their time block (e.g. 09:00 - 11:00 or 14:00 - 16:00) in advance so they can still plan their day and play their squash!
